They have 4.9 stars for a reason. They installed our fence last fall and when I was walking the backyard with our landscaper, we noticed some of the posts had cracked. I sent an email expressing what was going on, and the owner responded “that’s what warranties are for”. The next day he sent a crew to inspect the posts and even replaced the cracked ones. I’d use this company time and time again. It was a simple process and they saved me a lot of heartache.
